Dec 2004	TFA developed & shipped its first SP 2004 CMC Continuous Moving Carrier Jig Pure Tin Plating Machine.Its specially designed Carrier Jig holding system allows it to hold leadframes with very small runners.
	Jul 2004	TFA shipped a specially designed standalone Deflash system capable of producing 4000 strips per hour output leadframes.It can achieve a highest water jet pressure of 1000 bar.
