Overhead Hoist

Designed for high productivity lifting, stability of heavy loads as well as speed and accuracy, Technic’s overhead hoist systems provide significant production advantages for your larger scale facility. Equipped with variable speed AC frequency drives and positive rack/pinion design, these systems provide smooth, reliable acceleration and deceleration utilizing absolute rotary encoder or laser positioning systems. Technic offer three styles of overhead hoist:

• Inboard (rack and pinion drive)
• Outboard (rack and pinion drive)
• Top Riding (friction drive)

Lift Mechanism: Chain & Sprocket or Polypropylene Belt
Station ID: Absolute Rotary Encoder or laser positioning.
Controls: Automatic or semiautomatic
Product Array: Rack, Barrel, Magazine, Basket
Lift Capacity: Typically up to 8,000 lbs. (Larger lift capacities available)
